Boxing Personal Training - For Beginners
Try a 45 minute 1:1 boxing session with one of our expert coaches. This is a fantastic way to learn self-defence, improve your fitness and learn a new skill! These sessions include 1-1 padwork, hitting the heavy bag and boxing specific conditioning drills focused on toning up and improving your overall fitness.
Strength and Conditioning Personal Training
Give a 45 minute Strength and Conditioning 1:1 session a go with one of our professional trainers. With a mixture of weight, resistance and cardio exercises these sessions are designed to improve your overall physique, mobility and fitness.
Personalized Programming
Are you looking to change up your workout routine? We provide 4, 8 and 12 week weight training programs designed for beginner, intermediate and advanced gym goers.

Our new 'Learn to Lift' course is designed in partnership with Grace McBryan fitness to help you build a strong foundation for a lifelong healthy relationship with exercise and wellbeing. Learn or improve strength building techniques such as deadlifts, squats and push-ups in a small group setting and positive environment at the Trinity Sport high performance gym. Learn to lift starts on 25th Jan for six weeks (two evenings per week): Wed, 6pm - 7pm and Thurs, 5:30pm - 6:30pm. Price: €100 / Non-members: €120
