The series will bring Visiting Professors to Trinity throughout 2022, across a range of topics including racism and bias in health sciences education, accessibility, inclusion and action in medical education, breastfeeding supports for women, medicine and gender, queer mental health and more.
The bye-election was held to replace Ivana Bacik as Senator after her election to the Dail last year. The election saw registered Trinity graduates choose between 17 candidates.
This award brings to 15 the total number of Bronze awards held by Trinity College Dublin’s academic units, as well as its institutional Bronze award.
