Welcome to the Discipline of Clinical Medicine

The Discipline is divided between the two main teaching hospital sites: St James's Hospital and the Tallaght University Hospital and its affiliated teaching hospitals of Naas General Hospital and Our Lady's Hospice.

The Discipline of Clinical Medicine incoporates Molecular Medicine, Nutrition and Dietition and Medical Physics. The Discipline delivers both undergraduate and postgraduate education and has a strong research platform in key areas of the College's strategic plan including, cancer, infection and immunity and neurosciences. The Discipline contains both Trinity Translational Medicine Institute and Institute of Preventative Medicine.
