The building was constructed originally circa late 1970s.The building comprises single storey 'pre-fab' construction, situated in the south grounds rear of College Houses 2, 3 and 4. During the buildings' life it has been extended to accommodate a storage Portacabin unit. There are 2 interconnecting corridors within the building, an open office and 6 cell offices, also male and female toilets are provided and a small kitchenette room.
The main entrance doors have steps and no ramps that currently preclude wheelchair access.
