Building description

The building was built originally circa late 1700's, of 4 storey height stone construction and served by one central staircase accessing the floor levels 1, 2, and 3, there are no passenger lift facilities. During the buildings' life it has remained as originally constructed with minor alterations made to the office rooms. A link corridor has been formed from the adjoining building West Chapel office at 2nd floor level, the principal occupants being Director of Building's staff. A further link corridor has been formed at ground floor level into the Accommodation Services Main Reception area. Entrance to the building is from the inner north side of Quadrangle Front Square via a stone step.

The only partially accessible part of the building is the ground floor level, additionally a threshold step at the doorway precludes free movement for wheelchair users.

During daytime hours the Front Square of Trinity is open to public viewing and unlimited access.
