The building is made up of three separate buildings which have all been joined together at different times into one building. The buildings have between 4 and 6 floors, with a variety of facilities.

Ground floor is only accessible by use of a potable ramp. People seeking access should contact the Building attendant in Foster Place on 01- 8961771. There is no universal access toilets in this building.
The buildings different department's opening times vary but there is a security/reception desk in the main entrance, there is after hours access provided via key pad entry system.
