Overview

From January to April, the School hosts a series of lectures which adopt a thematic approach to the study of literature. The chosen theme varies from year to year, offering members of the public the opportunity to consider English literary works from a variety of fresh and thought-provoking perspectives. Themes covered in recent years have included Fear in Literature, Cities in Literature, and Literature and Revolution. Date, Time, and Place

Due to COVID-19, lectures will take place online via Eventbrite. Upon registering with Eventbrite, you will be sent a link to access the online lecture(s). There will be 10 weekly lectures beginning on Tuesday evenings at 7 pm, from Tuesday 8th February 2022.

Course Fees

€50 for the entire series. Individual lectures are €5 each. The concession rate for the full series will be €40 or individual lecture €4 each. The concessionary rate applies to: students, OAPs, unemployed, groups of 20+; Trinity staff and Graduates.
