Who is this programme designed for?

This programme is designed for senior executives in SMEs and smaller multi-national organisations looking to position their businesses for rapid growth.

Entry Requirements:

Applicant organisations will be interviewed to assess their commitment to scaling and growth and will meet the following minimum criteria: turnover of €500k to €50m; 10-200 employees. Each business will be able to bring up to three participants onto the programme.

What does the programme offer to participants?

Participants engage in intensive workshops, case study sessions, seminars, guest talks and classes. A key attribute of the programme is the mentoring project where participants translate their learning from the programme into a value-added commercial outcome for their business. Each organisation will create a customised blueprint focused on scaling and rapid growth and designed for implementation within the business.

Modules:

Topics covered on the programme include:

· Business Analysis and Strategic Planning;

· Organisational Design Issues for Scaling and Growth;

· Finance for Scaling and Growth;

· In-market Competitor Analysis;

· In-market Customer Analysis;

· New Market Entry and Export Business Modelling;

· Marketing;

· Sales (including direct and indirect channel management).

Each organisation on the programme is assigned a Business Performance Coach who will visit them on-site at their place of business between programme sessions to facilitate the design and development of their business growth project.

All participants in the course receive an executive certificate upon completion and are inducted into Trinity Business School’s alumni network.
